We are going for a snowboard holiday to Wanaka end of July. We are keen kitesurfers here in Queensland and would love to check out snowkiting! I found information, that Cadrona Valley is great for it.

Can anybody tell me:
- Should we try with an instructor first?
- Are there places to hire kite, harness etc.?
- Should we take our own kites (North, Rebel, 08)?

Thanks for help and advice
