im a bit unsure on something so I'm looking for some advice from slider & kicker riders.....

im stumped on how the approach works.
i have a long history with skateboarding & BMX in my younger days, so the hop on -slide - hop off is muscle memory.

but I'm stumped on kite position, angle of rail to wind, angle of rider to wind etc. am I edging onto it, across wind or what??

ive watched my fair share of vids, but you can never tell exact kite position or wind directions.

can somebody out there do me a solid and make up a 5min sketch in paint??

ive got a rail already, but none of my locals hit the thing, it just chills in the bushes.

i don't have a single problem eating pipe (that sound erotic).... But what I don't wanna do is fluff around moving the rail into different positions to figure out the best approach etc??

thanks legends!!

you want the rail running slightly upwind so you can edge real hard into it for maximum speed

Lol. On a serious note, I find it best if you have the rail running straight down your lines or just slightly up wind of your line direction.

As for hitting it. I like to hit it exactly like cable, edge hard and bare off just befor hitting it, I find it give you a nice slack.

Oh and if it's a gnarly rail remember NOT to use suicide mode!

Have fun man!
