All kiters want to live with other kiters and I'm definitely one of those sheep.
I would be happy to form or join a group to find a beach side place somewhere relatively close to osborne park (kite fund generator(work))
I don't smoke and am really easy going. Long term would best 6-12 months.
I do like to travel so you can expect a random weekend away to kite during the summer :D
I saw a place on scars beach for ~$350 pw 2*1 that might be perfect but i need a housemate.
Looking to move by the end of the month.

There is a share house coming up in late Aug. just a 2 min drive (or 10 min walk) to Woodies (ie right to the end carpark).
5 br x 3 bath x 2 living areas + outdoor entertaining in quiet safe street. Off road parking.
The couple managing the place are super keen kiters and very easy to get along with. Looking for similar, professional type ppl to share. Good times etc. but not a party-hard house - esp during the week.
Pets considered.
