Hi all,

I'm looking at buying my first board (secondhand) and was just wondering if I should check with the online seller what size the foot-straps are, or at what width they are fixed to the board?

Am I right in thinking the sizes of the straps might differ and I may need to get other straps for even more $?

Also, is the width of the foot straps fairly standard, or completely different depending on the rider or the board?

I'm a fairly short and stocky ~76kg and looking at a 2005 Underground FLX 132.

Cheers,
Diz

The foot straps themselves should be fine.Unless you have unusually small or large feet, they will probably fit.
I think the flx (mine does but its newer) has foot straps that the position can be changed. Just have to unscrew the allen key and change them around.

I'm a size 9.5 US shoe-size and about 165cm tall.

Im a size 10, and very rarely (like getting nailed by a wave) do my feet slide a little too far in. Not the whole way through, and it isnt uncomfortable, but just a pain. But it hardly EVER happens.
