Anyone else struggling to sell their old gear ? had some stuff advertised for almost 3 months now and not even one query.....
true- asking price may affect it, I wasn't trying to open a pimp my for sale stuff thread it was just a question as to whether others were struggling as well...
Like everything in life it is the buyers that set the price not the seller. Why don't you try Ebay and let the market decide.

I don't want to upgrade- I'm selling cos I just don't dig twintipping anymore...go on haak make a joke from that.
Have a look at the number off over stocked retailers discounting 2011 gear, this is what is killing the second hand market, they will get even cheeper once the 2012 gear comes out in a few months.
There is soooooo much gear for sale now on seabreeze.com.au
And the kite store are trying to assist by Trade In's.
If you keep dropping your price - ill be able to buy a 2010 SB for $1.00 - Yay
So what do we do then??? keep our kites and ride them to death and then convert them into (INSERT YOUR IDEAS HERE)![]()
When I'm shopping.....
New but end of season min 25% off RRP.
Second hand but like new current model min 40% off RRP.
Previous year but but in very good condition min 55% off RRP.
After that get whatever you can for it.
If you really want to sell it drop the price so your item is only competing with previous year items.
