Hello Hibernating Kiters!!

Just an update to all the 60+ who have joined the Scarborough Kiters Beach User Group.... and anyone else interested.

(If you haven't joined but would like to, please PM us for our email addy.

If you've PM'd us before but haven't provided us with your email address, you're missing out! We need your email to send you stuff so please update us now.)

* I was unable to complete organising the inaugural BBQ for May but watch your emails for a new date... please email us if you can help. (Remember, WAKSA are shouting the food and soft drinks!)

* I've just written to Cambridge and Stirling Councils and City, Floreat, Scarborough and Trigg Island SLSCs with an introduction to our group. I've also invited them for the BBQ (details TBC).

* The aim is to get to know each other and discuss formally and informally topics surrounding kitesurfing on the City Beach to Trigg stretch.

(NB: The letters I wrote on our behalf are available)

* I've also been discussing communications issues with Laurie, the Seabreeze Grandmaster (or whatever his title is)

So, comment on the forum if you'd like but please send us your email addresses via PM so we can hook you up to the group.

See ya all soon!
Shan.

PS. Don't post your email addresses on the forum because you'll be spammed by web crawling nasty bot things (not our or Seabreeze's fault).
