Dear Friends
All kiters (and families) who kite in the Scarborough / City Beach to Trigg area, including those doing downwinders, are invited to the Inaugural BBQ of the Scarborough Kiters (WAKSA Beach User Group).
WHERE/WHEN: Brighton grassy area BBQs, by playground. Sat 5 Feb 2011, starting around 430pm or when you finish your kite!
DRESS: The theme will be 'Civilized' with Ties compulsory (but nothing else).
Go for a kite or downie to Brighton, pop on your Tie after and get together for some good company, drinks and nosh!
OPPORTUNITY: Also to be invited are representatives from the local Surf Lifesaving Clubs, Stirling and Cambridge Councils and other beach users. This free event will allow informal comment and a chance to meet.
Scarborough Kiters (WAKSA) vision is of safe kiting at Scarborough Beach, in harmony with all beach users.
Sausage sizzele, salads, soft drinks, ice and the nearly-famous Shan's Punch will also be available, kindly supported by WAKSA (Western Australian Kitesurfing Association).

Hi Guys,
My apologies guys, kept the shop open late for a couple of desperate Euro pro riders who broke a board and needed one ASAP. Ended up leaving the shop at 6.30pm and called Juddy to offer my apologies. My girls needed their daddy as they haven't seen much of me lately and they take priority. As Juddy said, "Family First"!
So worth catching my girls,....... been missing them lately
