G'day all
I know it sounds crazy but I think it's not only my problem so your answer might help the future generations;
After 3 to 4 hours of kite surfing my balls getting sore
It doesn't matter if I wear wetsuit or just a short I still have the same problem!

I've been trying to HTFU but in that area it's not easy (if possible).

How did you solve this problem?

Let go of it while you are kiting.
That sort of thing should only be done in the privacy of your own home.

If you keep blinking your eyeballs won't be sore as they will be self lubricated.

dude, release the pressure in a warm .......not too hot shower.

no one will help you at your age to release the pressure now unless you release the pressure real quick.

a professional massuer will often offer a topless hand shandy!

You crash too much, wear a cup. You know like they wear in cricket?
Or alternatively as you gonna crash let go of the bar and cover your balls. You may get away with only letting go of one hand. It`s just that for obvious reasons (if you see me in a wetty) I have to use both hands.

Hi, I will give a serious answer for you. I wear skins, got them at a surf shop, made by Billabong. They are a lycra pants that I wear under the boardies. It stops any rubbing and chaffing.

Cheers.

PS I hope your missus if you have one is being gentle. [}:)]

Au!
No seriously mate the problem here is most likely your sperm production, which is at the end of the day a chemical reaction which takes best place in a homeostatic environment (37Degrees), in the water the production slows (according to the temperature down, which is usually not a problem, because the "demand of you balls" ceases. Sometimes however people have a regular sort of constant production (you?) So your balls want to produce but can"t (temperature) you've two ways trying to adress this...
a) Lycra undies or heat isolation in general
b) Support your production by a normal mineral/vit supplement (Aldi for $5 or centrumetc) this might let you produce maybe more sperm during not water time, so that your balls can give you a break!

I'm just a medcine student so if a dr. med reads this and I messed it up... sorry!

as long as you wear them under boardies so we don't have to look at them then I approve this approach.

Kadkhah are you wearing a seat or waist harness?

If it's a seat then it does not fit you properly, and if it's a waist try not to crash nuts first so often...

It's a waist harness.

But thank you all for thinking and caring and responding to my balls suffocation.
They really appreciate it

Wear speedos under your wettie or boardies or whatever.

The speedos keep them tucked up safely out of the way.

If they hang loose they slap around and get chafed and bashed in crashes.

Besides, if you've got big balls then the weight of them swinging about stretches your scrot and causes pain. That's what it does to me.

slightly OT (but only a little bit)

I was doing a few household chores the other morning before dressing for the day. Absent-mindedly went to take out the rubbishwith all my glory on display.
Only just realiziing in time I said to the missus, "What do you rekon the neighbours would have thought if Id gone out like that?"
Quick as a flash she came back with. "That I married you for your money"

Sounds like a back problem, may not come from the balls at all, or have you had a hernia OP in the past?
