City Views and accross the road from a HUGE park (good for running if thats your thing) Close to bus stops and train station and cycle path to the city. 
Prefer female flatmate who works (no students), social, Non smoker. Recently re-signed a 12 month Lease so looking for someone for tearm of lease till June next year (no travellers). Room Avail 1st week of October.

I literally live round the corner. can I rent your couch on an "as need" basis, so when the girlfriend gets angry with me for kiting too much and I have somewhere to go? 
Im moving back to perth early next year (from Kal). place sounds perfect - wish the timing was better!
