Just wanted to let everyone know that a chair was unveiled by his parents in a small ceremony this morning . Now he will always have a spot to sit down and look out over the place he loved to be . He is missed sorely by many many people and he made an impact on people he knew and strangers . No-one was safe from his enthusiastic yelling on the water .
We miss you Marc .
nice memorial, subi post had a brief note about rememberance ceremony too
sad that such an event occurred
still sticks clearly in my mind the events down there a year ago, cycling past to see a guy (fellow kiter and bike racer) just dragged thru the tree. Best possible first aid given, but clearly beyond salvage the moment I laid eyes on him.
stay safe but keep the (choo choo) spirit of adventure and stoke alive
RIP

These are beautiful pictures, thanks for sharing!
Never met the man but remember feeling for him and his family last year, but I'm the proud new owner of his Sector ( thanks puppet) had a kite today on it in his memory over here in Vic, the sun was out and I actually gave him a welcome to Vic, like to think he was sharing my stoke, had a beer for him afterwards, cheers.
