Hi,
I have a couple of slingshot Rev 2 kites which need replacement bridles (the kites themselves are still good) As the Rev 2 is discontinued......any ideas on alternative/equivalent lines I can replace these with (slingshot or other)
Help and advice appreciated!
Bridles are specific to kite and size, I doubt a bridle from another brand would work an may dangerous. Try the Slingshot retailers, most brands have spares for a while After they discontinue a model.
Just the P-lines or the entire bridle? If it's just the P-lines, you can make them yourself from dyneema.

get a kite repair bloke to make something up for you.
should be pretty simple to just copy what you have on the kite now.
It's caused by the silly standard pulleys being too small so if you are replacing the
P lines I'd suggest upgrading to new bigger pulleys.. About $10 each then they will
last you the life of the kite.
You need to know the original length before making new onesThey shrink heaps, from memory my rev one shrank over 100mmA dealer in OZ or slingshot in USA will be your bet bet to get the correct lengths

Head on down to your local Lyncraft and purchase bundle of shaggy waggy wool. Cut up a template and re-make the stretched bridal. Your POS can only get better.
I had the same problem with my slingshot octane a few years ago. try to get some steel rings as pullys instead of the original ones. When you still need some lines, just let me know.
