WA is where the wind blows and the weather is warm.
Bali might as we'll be called Blackpool, clientele are of the same quality and so is the destination. Cocos in winter and WA in summer, no need to count kiting days in WA in summer unlike you poor Vic blokes. Erratic wind and weather and crowded beaches, all yours mate. 
Thats just rubbin it in..with grit, ground glass and a bit of suntan lotion..
nothing wrong with melbourne.......besides, im a pom..I kiete when its cold..makes me feel at home
Tomorrow looks like is going to be a epic day, i might hold off to a 10pm start when the wind slows to a 20 - 25knts.
Looking at the hot temperature you can expect to be dodging a couple of campers.
