Here's an idea for you Mark
Why not go up to people who are not doing the right thing and in a friendly manner explain to them the rules and why this they important to follow
But somehow I think you are incapable of doing that. The only way you seem to do things is to behave like a bullying police officer
These Forums are dead you really should find other ways of communicating that is effective

I have politely and get abused most times I've raised it with folks in the last couple of years.
how exactly do you speak to 40 people on the water?
i raise it here to try and stop the agro with folks yelling out on the water and all the car park whinging that doesn't actually get the message across.

I've also spoken to AKSA who seem to not care even though it was their rules

maybe you can suggest something I haven't done? Or maybe you go tell the kiters before somebody rings the council and asks for infringements to be issued. Maybe you can get the signage put back up that kiters ripped down? Then I wouldn't need to be posting in the dead forum.

How is anyone going to approach someone sailing in an exclusion zone without entering same exclusion zone himself? Seriously? Sounds like Mark's just trying to get the word out to as many as possible to get people to follow existing rules before kiting gets banned entirely across the entire Perth area.
