Perth kite locations for SE and ESE winds

Looking at the SeaBreeze forecast for the week ahead, it seems that SE and ESE wind conditions will prevail.

I am lucky enough to have some free time on Monday and Wednesday arvo so what Perth locations (scope being from Rockingham to Yanchep) would be 'beginner friendly' for these wind conditions please?
