For those who are using a Pentax Optio digital camera to shoot Video from their kite, I was hoping to hear some opinions on what settings you using to get the best Video results.
I've searched the forums and found just a couple of lines regarding the settings.
This is what I've got at the moment.
Focus limiter: Off
Recorded Pixels: 640 pixels x 30 frames per second.
Movie SR (Movie shake reduction): On
AF w/recording: On
Focus: 'Infinity' or 'Manual + Infinity'
Zoom setting: About 1/3 of available zoom (Digital Zoom Off) (Setting of about 1.5-2.0)
If you have found any settings that work better, or have any other tips or techniques, your advice is appreciated.
hey just thought instead of zooming in try 15m or 20m lines to bring the camera closer = less shakeing![]()
Thanks for the feedback Snoidberg. ![]()
I guess I had better listen to your advice, considering the kite snaps you got of the Mantas in the Cocos! How about posting some video samples from that trip too? ![]()
