Pretty gnarly stack, just a good reminder for all riders to keep a good amount of clear space downwind.
Happened to my brother once at Rosebud. Walking from the grass area through the trees to the water. Caught a steering line kite looped and he got ripped into the tree. A few cuts but nothing serious. Pretty scary **** though.
Been posted and discussed before. But I guess that was before newbies like flying cab came on the scene.
What a bag of dicks that guy is for launching so close to a tree down wind. There's clearly more room upwind to launch with clear space.
