Is it just me or does the Ocean Reef camera always go walkabouts?
There is no wind up this way it's all at the other end of town.
You recon Joondalup city council turned off the wind for kite surfers?
Clearly it must be constantly over 30 knots and we dont know. Thats as high as the graph reads....
