Have had my North Rebal 09 for a while now and love it. Was wondering if it should have a stopper ball or something on the inflation plug so that when you pull the pump hose off it dosn't go shwish and let air out before you get the plug in.
Any one know?
probably blew out when someone over pumped it. you can get a spare from a good kite shop, or marine supplies, spotlight also has them in the craft section. just get a few spare. warm up the nipple in hot water and jimmy it in.
I have a 2009 12m Rebel and the inflation valve does not have the one way valve in it. It is just long enough so you can pinch it and put plug in. Great kite!
they dont have a one way valve in.No north kites do.
Trick is to take the nozzle out with your right hand and slip your left index finger over the end. then put the plug in with your right hand as you slide your finger off. If you do it right with practise you lose virtually no air.
