New mount for your gopro

Not sure if this has been posted before. There are tiltable gopro/camera mounts to stick on these badboys... just waiting for the price to come down before putting my order in!

Hey FL,

When you know where to get these boys, and if there are any waterproof ones in the make please PM me. I've been after one of these for a while but it seems the ready made ones are quite expensive.

I also know they can only take up to 15knts and then it's all over the show to get a steady shot..

ha - was actually thinking of importing these things a while ago. look pretty cool may still do it

yep have been trying to think up ways to waterproof one all morning. There are some real geek-a-saurus's out there trying to work out how to program it to track a signal from your phone. I think I understood enough of what they were saying to get that they were very close...

mmm found one which has gopro mount on it - actual payload able to be carried 2.4kilos! nice! :D

Google 'Dex Quad'. Some guys are sealing them up but there are issues with heat dissipation from the speed controllers. You need to look at externally mounting the heat sink.

from Chinese supplier. i do a bit of ye olde importing so its a MQO of 100 so unless u want 100 not much good to u :P haha

but its a company called TQ-Tech.

you want a gaui 330x-s. The guy hooks up the camera to a headset so he gets a live feed and can see where he's flying. SICK!

Looks like the better ones are all DIY. The heligeek forum I was trying to understand was into using android phones to guide them, and then use gps off the phone to track the phone as well. Remote drone camera....
