Apparently the previous world record of 700 kites in one place has been broken, but in an epic piece of quality journalism the article neglects to tell us what the new record is, but apparently it is "thousands".
Suffice to say there should be no reason for any of us to complain about the kite carnage that is our local spot... ![]()

Right hand side, half way up. I see AS land boarding safely in and out of the others in new speedos. (You have to zoom in to see that the speedos are new though. Its hard to tell there is anything on under that home made harness) ![]()
