Check out our very own Andy Yates - going to new levels in the Gorge.
I saw Andy ride at Caloundra in March but clearly from this he has stepped it up again - Go Andy!

Had a quick chat this avo at the beach after his first trip to the gorge in the US sounds like its really gusty but lots of fun. From there he did the Cabarete PKRA event, his first PKRA comp, 9th overall, beating world number 3 and Spanish Champion Alvaro Onieva.
- From there went Tarifa PKRA event, 17th overall, but drew Kevin Langeree in round 2. Harsh but great a experience according to Andy.

He is now just training at home making the most of the westerlies and soon
leaves for the next PKRA trip to Canada, Brazil and Chile.

I am sure we wish him well as he represents us in these events.
Cheers Brucex
