If you have ever torn a kite in WA i'm sure you know Neil from Hold the Lines kites.

I went to see him 4 times over the summer and each time he fixed the tears on the spot. AND he never asked for more than $5....although i always try to give him a little extra for doing it right then and there. I should note most of my repairs were fairly small but i did have a massive repair last year and he was able to get in done in less than a day for only $40!

I think Neil needs some proper recognition for the great work he does, friendly attitude and top notch service!!!

Couldn't agree more - when I punctured my brand new kite took it to neil at ten to 5 he repaired it straight away and only charged $10 - back on the water next day and never had any problem with the puncture since. CHEERS.

Hi All,

I saw the topic and felt obliged to contribute and leave my gratetude and compliments to Neil. I had a very unlucky season and managed to damage my kite multiple times. But due to the fast service that Neil provides I was on the board the next day again for a very reasonable price. Neil is also very knowledgeble on kiteboarding and takes ample time to advise on many kiteboarding queries such as materials, equipment, techniques etc.

Besides all of this, he is a really nice guy always good for a chat about kites or Harleys.

Best of luck

Yep the guys a legend.
Often does the repair on the spot but be careful, if you ask him about the new Harley he has ordered it may take a couple of hours... LOL.
Onya Neil it sounds sweeeeet and I'm sure you deserve it.
