Need advice on Naish ride bar pressure.
Is it lighter than the park.
Cant find info anywhere .
Bad wrists and elbows.
Some one must have tried both.

I have both and the Park is lighter IMO. I still have both kites but replaced both last year with Pivots and haven't looked back !! Tried the 12m Ride again the other day as I lent it to a mate and the Pivot has it.

Pretty sure the Park is lighter than the Ride, but not as light as the Pivot. Remember that there are 3 different bar pressure settings on the newer Parks. The Park and Pivot I find are totally different kites. I ride Parks and couldn't handle the switch to the pivot. The boosting is quite different on the Pivot, I couldn't judge the hang time and landing well. My Parks go exactly where I want them to, I never pendulum and each jump is easily controlled. My 2015 Park is my 9th kite and just shades the 2012 Park as the best I've had.

Thanks for the info, have decided to get parks.
Was looking at 2014, but am on a budget.
Should I save cash and get 2012,s.
Is there much difference?

The bridle on the Park from 2014 upwards has no pulleys. I had 2013 and 2014 Parks and liked the 2014 a lot more. More direct, crisp feel and no back stalling at all whereas my 2013s had a tendency to back stall in lighter conditions (all with correct back line trim). I am on Pivots now. Jumping is easier with more hangtime but so far I think the jumping on the Park is a little more exciting (more boost/kick). Waveriding is easier/better with the Pivot. I think I will get a Park HD in 9m next year when they get cheaper to compliment the quiver for flat water TT boosting. Sounds like an exciting kite.

Bad wrists and elbows.

I ride the Park's and find the bar pressure is perfect on the lowest setting. I used to ride Switchblade's and the bar pressure was insane - I developed golfers elbow flying those kites.

Have you also looked at

-ride style (two hands where possible)
-physiotherapy
-stretching
-massage
-vitamins/mineral intake (magnesium in this case)

to help prevent and relieve your injury/soreness?

Am alright now but was in pain for a year.
I now hold the bar Palm up on my bad arm.
This helped my recovery.
