Anyone who has ridden both in size 12 ?
Is there a big difference , mainly on the low end, bar pressure, upwind ability, and jump/hangtime ?

Hey man,yep got both kites. Two different kites really.Draft is mainly a race kite design with good upwind ability and good boost.Heavier bar pressure but did notice when depowered on trim makes it bearable. Not as quick through the turns as the pivot.Pivot 12m seem to have a more all-round performance in all aspects.Up wind as comparable to the draft.Pivots work well in the waves also.

Ok, Thanks for the reply :)
I have a Draft 12 which I think has good ability of the low end and goes up in the wind very well, which I think is important.
Pivot should have similar properties, but is it as good as the Draft? I am looking to maybe replace my Draft against a Pivot.
I like these features of the Draft, but not like the high bar pressure, and slow turning, thinking that the pivot is more fun there.
