You only have three items to carry from the beach. A kite, a harness and a board, Usually the board is the biggest item.
Just curious. A good lesson to all the kiddies out there. WRITE YOUR NAME ON YOUR BOARD with a permanent marker either on the deck under the handle! Name, phone number and "REWARD".
It will almost always come back to you.

Got a call from a guy who found it 1km off shore @ Ocean Reef two days later...
thank god it had my ph number on it...

I think Ian and his mate spent too much time in the sand dunes together and hence forgot why they had come down to the beach in the first place.
hey Darren i think he was so excited about getting a kite in & then going for a beer at the Cott, big over sight yes we have bagged the shizzit out of him.
