Having fun on the 2014 C4 in the waves, nothing too serious, two days, two boards, same spot, same kite.

Footage: First day - Scott Gillespie, Second day - Karolina Winkowska (thanks guys!)

After reading your post, I must admit I watched the first 30 seconds then flicked to see the comedy - best bit!

First day I was on an Axis Protoype (5'0ft, 20 1/2, 1 3/4), Board has a concave deck and 5 fin option. Good board for mucking around but I should get another proto soon that's a little longer and a little narrower (5'3 19 3/4), I think that will be great.
Second day was on a DHD 5'10, it wasn't really a good surfboard and it isn't really a good kiteboard either haha.

I thought some people would enjoy that I showed more of a full wave and what it's actually like to be out there rather than a quick flash of one turn or a 10sec slo-mo of one clip set to a dubstep soundtrack, that's what I like anyway.

I can't believe you were doing hooked in upwind punts... They're so non technical and not difficult....

Just goes to show how easy they are! One session, multiple upwind hooked-in d!ck tricks. Unhooked is the future.

First strapless
Then unhooked
Next evolution - kiteless
We'll call it 'surfing'

Nice one SR. Proper surfing , flowing carvey moves , full use of the wave and the edit showing the full ride.

More of them please

Hahaha wouldn't that be great! First day is cross on and second day is cross off from different sides.

That egg shapped board looks like a lot of fun, does it have option for straps? Or is that to old-style for you?... Not sure that I can pull off the strapless thing. Nice video though!

Yep it had the option for straps, it's just a proto at the moment but I'm sure it should be available soon as it's a shape I really like.
