After dropping my laptop in Lake Garda I managed to retrieve all the files for this film from the hard drive....Although the laptop is no longer with us...
So I dedicate this film to Lappy, my first computer, watching youtube on my new machine just isnt the same...

How do you do this with a series of photos?
Even though there was only 13 secs of kiting still enjoyed it a lot. Great editing
Am a big adobe fan and for this animation it was cut down in photoshop from the one original photo into layers that I could then edit in after effects. It was all put together finally in prem pro. Was a lot of work and halfway through I dropped my laptop in Lake Garda and thought Id lost all the work but someone was smiling on me..

I like the idea of plying around with stills. That would have been a hell lot of work.
Have been working on it on and off while I was instructing in Italy but now im back in Vietnam I could put more time into it. Would say at a guess there is about 70 hrs of work altogether....
I just wanted to do something a little different, the next project will be purly a kiteboarding based one....
fark yeah, that was sick. well done. would like to get into some of that action although obviously start small, could u reccomend a program for starting out?
but 2 things. that dude was skating in thongs wtf? and i'd like to know what the boat jumper was gonna do after he got there? obviously get wet.
