Hi all going to Moreton later in the Month..
Will be taking the 4wd - does anyone know where you can get a good under-body car wash on the way back?
When I go to Double Island I now always use the wash at Tewantin - a couple of times have tried others and always ended up having to finish off myself when back at home - PITA and hard to get good results.
And if you have been is the Gutter Bar good (Koorringal)?? - the wife's spoil and she loves seafood... - stack on brownie points - want a kite/wave session (Hope to finally see a shark when kiting (not)!!).

Looks like there's some awesome kite spots down on that southern end of Moreton. I haven't been there myself, only kited up the north of the island on the ocean beach. Rhys from kitepower flew there (kooringal) last weekend and put a video up online, looks awesome! i reckon there would be a spot down there for most wind directions too!
ps. if you want the best wash job under your car, i'd say do it by hand. underbody wash will not get in from the sides etc. anyway there will be plenty of carwash options in Bris.
