Hi there,
just about to leave Old Bar on the Mid Coast in NSW. The Lagoon there is a perfect spot for all level of Kiter.
The water is flat not deep and even on low tide kiteable.
Furthermore check with the local Kite club Muddies at the Flow cafe.

Troll...and it's not that good i've been there. Lots of obstacles (sticks, trees, stuff to run into) , seabreeze doesn't come in every day.
