Apparently there was footage of a kite surfer in Miami being lofted and smashing into a building? It was on the 4.30 news but a mate just called to let me know. Anyone seen it or know if the guy is ok. Apparently it looked pretty full on.

on a more insulting/insensitive note and before anyone else says it, it doesn't look like he was going for his quick release at all during that. both his hands where on the bar for the time that i can tell.
If your going out in a hurricane, make sure you know how to use your quick release, if your going out in a storm front; know how to use your quick release and if your going out on a mild day, try doing your quick release with your left hand while doing a front flip on the sand.
