If you look especially at the 2nd last photo. your hands are spread way too far on the bar. Your hands need to be touching each other. this stops the kite from steering all over the plase when you body tilts off axis through the jump.

Well done, Looks like you have seen the light on the dark side and are being drawn into it. Keep practicing what you are doing, get the kite low with your hands together, even pull slightly with your front hand so the kite does not fly up.
Then post some more pict of yourself and watch those red thumbs turn green, cos you will then be doing something 90% of kiters in Perth cant.
