Can anyone tell me the go on manly? I've heard we can and I've heard we can't kite there, I've also heard that anytime of day is ok as long as we don't go near the flags and just go out into the bay n back ride some sets the leave again, then again I've heard it's free reign after 4pm, so can someone put these romurs finally to rest by telling the rules? Also is it workable on a southerly and while I'm at it what's the deal with Bondi is that beach kiteable? that's another on my list of to do's
