Liquidforce Havoc 16m. A good light wind option?

I can get one of these 2009 kites for quite a sharp price. My biggest kite at the moment is a 12m Ocean Rodeo rise and i have a 134 mako + a mutant.
Will it give me a lot of extra low end or just a bit? I am 70 kg.
