Can anyone confirm if that's a shark at the bottom of the photo or a Kite shadow??? its the full page shot towards back of the mag, article on sunshine coast spots, don't have mag with me so cant quote page number....................

If you look at the other kite shadows, they look nothing like that.
i dont have the mag yet...but if you are talking about noosas rivermouth then it could be a shadow of a manta ray coz there is a couple in there.
Just looked at the magazine article and it looks like a shark bloody huge one aswel compared to the kite.

haven't seen the pic BUT I have seen sharks while free diving at a nearby reef about half a k away also seen large shark crossing the noosa bar at low tide in the middle of the day its dorsal an tail fins where out of the water because it was so shallow, so regardless if its photoshop or not they are still there haa haa

Thanks for the original shot..............1st thought...BIG SHARK CLOSE TO KITERS, HOLY ****, 2nd thought... BLOODY PHOTOSHOP.........which rivermouth is that?? i used to jet ski Noosa before i got into naturally aspirated power and it doesn't look like Noosa did @speed???
