Anyone got any info on the date for the 2014 LOC?
Looking forward to another crack at the kitesurfing " marathon" and wanted to book a house or something for that weekend.

Yeah let us know the date, so I can get a day off work.
I say we stay the night then bomb the Lanno to Wedge downwinder the next day!
If they use buoys again they need to be bloody big brightly coloured & highly visible in a running swell.
We need the same marks as the poleys as in 70 foot cray boats.
In response to the original post this years race was run on the 11th of Jan so maybe next years will be on the 10th.
If you want to get the jump on booking some accommodation then maybe contact events corp or the shire of Gingin & ask when they are planning on running LOC 2014.
