This Saturday the local TV news is coming out to Eppalock to hopefully film some sailboarders and Kiters as part of a news story they are putting together about taking care on the water and boating safety and right of way etc.

11.30am Saturday morning at the Kimbolton pool swimming area.

the more sails there the better.

Big and getting bigger.

for sure it can be gusty depending on wind direction.
But a good SE'er kicks in most evenings. So if a Seabreeze in happening in Melb then there is a funneling effect through the Kilmore gap that kicks in a 17-20kt SE'er than comes up from the Twin rivers end and it becomes solid 10m-12m wind.

starts at 6:15pm Daylight savings time.

Other than that it is frontal winds that last as long as the front takes to pass.

The Swimming area of the Kimbolton pool is where we most go.
westerlies it is best to go to Cairn Curran.

The AWS at Redesdale on the BOM site is very accurate for what is going on at Eppalock.
