Has anyone been kitesurfing in Papau New Guinea before?

I am looking for somewhere to go on holiday and found an article in a kiteboarding magazine on PNG. It looks like it has incredible wind during winter and would be a pretty amazing holiday destination. I've been researching on the internet but can't seem to find any information on where to go, places to stay and how much it would cost.

If anyone has any information you could pass on that would be great!

hey mate it was definately one of the best trips ive ever been on. i would advise anyone to check out the place. get in touch with marvin at intheloop kiteboarding and he'll hook you up with a great deal. we stayed on a boat for a week, with awsome food, beds and living arrangements onboard i think flights from cairns or brisbane to port moresby are around $150-$200. and the trip onboard the boat for a week is around $2000.

definately worth the money.
