Hey guys,

I'm just after a bit of advice/recommendations for any kiting trips around asia from November through till January time. I have been looking into Fiji and png also.. Somewhere closer to Australia would be nice.

Planning on a solo trip around this time, follow a tour or something for a few weeks.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks! :)

Penghu , has good wind but jack to do if not

Muine is better , plenty of wind , waves away from the main beach and heaps of night life and cheap

Plenty of kite shops and trips ,one of the best is C2SKY kitesurfing (Jeff and LIz) , they will help with all bookings visa accomodation ,trips etc

The waves in Longmen beach are generated by wind and tide.
Low tide we have flat water condition.
But high tide and wind is over 25 knots, waves around 1.5M.
When the wind is over 35 knots, waves around 2.5M.
If you live in Hong Kong, definitely worth a try.
You can fly to Kaohsiung by Dragon air, and take any domestic flight to Penghu.
Please check the forecast before jumping on a plane.
