Yes folks, Kitestock returns to South Beach, Port Denison/Dongara in 2011.

Just in case you haven't read your WAKSA email from earlier today, Kitestock will commence on Friday 11th February and wind up as usual mid afternoon on Sunday 13th February 2011

WAKSA will provide more information over the coming weeks and months.

Kitestock...who'd not want to be there???

hey graceful, last year i took my hound and stayed at sea spray caravan park. its on the beach! there was a fair bit of construction going on then (building more cabins) they are probably finished now. all in all it was somewhere to crash after long days at the beach and pub. it is situated a bit further away from the other parks but only a 5 minute drive to the back beach. end of church st from memory (main drag).

Hey go easy kk, I don't think there is anything sinister in the thumbs, its just that those that have been there before know that it will go off and kg21 is sure to enjoy herself.
When a couple of hundred kiters gather at the same spot, kite themselves silly all day, then catch a bus to a classic pub with a beer garden, heaps of food, beer and music that's just what happens.

After being on the working end since 06 I finally opted out so I could actually kite at kitestock for once.
Now with the new shop opening I'll be up there demo'ing while everyone else just keeps enjoying themselves.
Some ppl just never win

Whats the theme guys ?? - everyone is asking.

I vote Toga again. Hey just make it toga every year, it's easy (a sheet and some sort of plant wrapped around ya head) and people usually end up in various states of undress by the end of the night

Everyone from interstate and overseas always say WA is so chilled. I propose we choose a day for fancy dress and anything goes, if you are good enough to kite in a gorilla suit and act like a space monkey its a vote amoungst your peers. If this sounds like a dumb idea, I'm only 40% to blame....Im pissed, Ill go an RSC.....
