why bag him so much? yes it was dumb but if he hadnt of crashed everyone would be saying how sick it was. Its athletes like dimitri that are putting there own lifes on the line to push there sports. People said carey hart was mad for trying the first back flip on a dirt bike and look where the sport is now, with out people pushing the limits there will be no progression. This reminds me of when I went to the snow and they had this beautiful big transition tabletop jump, then for the comp, they carved out the middle so it was a 'gap' jump (basically instead of having the flat tabletop part it had two ice cliffs and if you didnt make it you smashed into the cliff. )
Sure enough, one guy hit it, broke 10 ribs and spleen, and couldn't wipe his own arse for 6 months....all for the sake of looking cooler.
If this guy is sponsored or owns a brand then he really is retarded, because the purchasers of many kites and boards will be parents and after seeing this sort of madness, they will never buy their kids a kite, ever.

When you own a kitesurfing company, you usually don't do stupid things to harm your reputation, your brands reputation or get the sport a bad reputation..... making and releasing this video I would say has ticked off all three.... giving him a rating of, TOOL.
