I've had a couple of kite repairs done by Irwin Sails, Hampton East (03) 9555 7328.
Not cheap (though don't know if you would find cheaper in the area) but very professionally done.
Know some other satisfied customers as well.

Depends what kind of repairs...for anything bladder or valve related go to a local kite shop. If you're after canopy repairs Horizon Sails in Highett is your best bet, they do heaps of kites.

just be aware some of these places (not Irwin) will not repair if you have so much as a grain of sand on your kite.
