After some suggestions for a holiday in November, happy to look nationally or internationally? Only requirements are sun and wind.

November is usually our windiest month in N Zed. I'm not sure that we can guarantee sun though 
Cheap overseas trip, close to home, looks like it has plenty of wind - not so sure about sun though.
