North wa will be producing the goods by then, pretty easy to fly to Exmouth these days and the kiting is as good as anywhere in the world. Drop me a pm if you want anymore info regarding set up or lessons.

For pristine conditions, exmouth , amazing diving snorkelling and fishing aswell, I've been kiting a fair while and this place ticks all my boxes, some great spots to learn shallow warm water , wind will be in full swing, check out exmouth kite centre
Yep we have some Ideal beaches for teaching here and october you should also have perfect wind for learning daily. Tgcp can look after you for professional lessons too.
As for the diving and fishing you will be to busy kiting for that.
