Thumbs Up

Ankle, Knees, Shoulders

Give me more specifics... ankles (inside, outside, ache, sore, pain, is it the muscles that support the ankle or the joint itself, are you torquing to help with board control?)

Knees (pain, sore, ache, is it related to your quads, do your hamstrings ever burn)

Shoulders (what type of sore, is it related to having to work the kite or just in general?)

Do these places get sore with regular riding or just with racing? I'm looking for the unique demands made by racing that's different from other types of riding.

I've not been exposed to much racing, only freestyle and wakestyle, so I'm looking for personal details so I can get a complete picture of what your body goes through. For example: My front hamstring and back hip start get tired first, then my back...

Thanks so much. This is really going to help! Feel free to email me (sarah@perfectlyfitonline.com) or send me a facebook message if you don't want to post the details on the forum. Thanks again
