Im starting to jump higher as I progress - been kiting for a year and riding a 10 and 14 Vapor - my biggest issue is as I try to go higher I am sending the kite back past 12 - which gives a great floaty jump and a great elevator feeling especially when its gusty.

The offset of this though is I am landing too far under or in front of my kite - which I assume is from not edging hard enough or sendig the kite too far back.

I guess a kiteloop may also fix this issue though I need a larger set of crown jewels...

Any suggestions?

Eating more red meat may increase the size of your jewels. Only suggestion I can really give.

re-direct the kite forwards as it passes twelve - it will probably get to 2o'clock or so and yank you off the water, then as it flies forwards again it should give you a second lift. land and ride away :)

Ok could be lots do or just a little
First when you send the kite back you have to make sure it drives up and back not just back.
Alot of people over turn it so instead of lifting as it comes back it drives back throwing you down wind fast without alot of height. It also means that you have to turn the kite alot harder and longer to get it to come back over your head or in front of you..
Next to actually land a jump proplery with forwrd speed you need to make sure when you come down and the kite is above your head turn it forward in front of you as hard as what you would to get up and riding. this makes sure the kite pulls you forward and you can land easier. However make sure you don't do it to early justy as you come down to the water..
Hope this helps get out and have fun..
