I have just been contacted by North Kiteboarding concerning something from the first production run of the Rhino 08. On the rear pigtail settings, there is an extra setting available on some of the early production kites. This is not needed. The Rhino 08 is only supposed to have 1 rear pigtail setting/position. Please make sure you are flying your kite on the forward setting if you have one of these Rhino 08 kites. Your kite should come out of the bag already set up to fly on the forward setting. If you need any help with this, feel free to contact me or your local dealer. I have attached a diagram below to help explain..

Big fan of these kites, anyone tried a 12m yet? Have they fixed the 2 pump problem (the little plastic tubes). Do these things still pull like Mack trucks??

The Rhino 08 has a new one pump system, very similar to the Slingshot system. None of the 2008 range have the T nozzel system from 2007. I have flown the 12m Rhino 08, you can read my review in the reviews section, but yes, the Rhino is a power house!
