I love the phrase "when in dout go flat out!!!" I say it and here it all the time when I am out on the Moto
Funny enough it actually works!... well most of the time! 
One of my other favorites is "there is steak and eggs in every can"
This saying is generally used in the mornings when your cracking open a can of ale but should really be having a good breakfast!
I like to call that one the hairy dog! nothing like a 6am beer after a hard night on the cans! it's 16 days straight of it that will fark u.

To, `Think outside the box`. I hate that saying, don`t say it in front of me![}:)] Especially if you are some idiot wanna be buisness man. Reminds me of the ninties when people would try and emphasis something by puting their fingers up as if they were inverted commas. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr [}:)]
