Hello Guys!

I bought ION B2 shorts harness in the beginning of the year and starting to use it more often in the warmer weather. I’m very happy with the shorts itself but came across an annoying issue.

After 20 min riding in the bay chops the spreader bar is starting to become loose. The straps simply slip thru the buckle and the metal can’t hold it.
It is not so bad if you riding in flatter condition.
I’m now tie a knot before the buckle to stop it slipping thru. It is only the metal buckle not the plastic ones for the seat strap adjustment.
Does anybody out there had the same problem and a solution other than the knot?

I contacted the shop and ION but have not heard anything back since a week!

Thanks CS

I have had a pair of these shorts before for riding TT, yeah the straps do come loose....I used to just put up with it, good shorts though but don't last long - only got 1 x season out of them, they fell apart...

Hi All!
I just want to thank Fiona from Adventure Sports Noosa and Adam from the ION Importer for their uncomplicated and quick help.
I just received 4 new buckles for the harness/shorts even the warranty was out by one month.

HAPPY Customer!

I was about to post about the b2's. Have only had 3 sessions on mine, totally happy with the shorts. Have been in seats since I started , and the level of comfort in this set up is a big step up. It took a while to get used to the bar position because I found b2 does not ride up as much as my old seat used to. I struggle with lower back issues and this is even more forgiving than you standard seat harness'
Cheers
Matt
