translation you can not kook proof a spot... best you can do is stop any KOOK you see from setting up too far...

as mentioned in other posts tonight HELP THE KOOK pack up if they rufuse your kind offer of helping to repack, practice your line cutting skills (For next time you are stuck on a reef and may need to recall on the techneque you used)

just take a leaf from woodies immigration officer. if you have a immigration officer at your spot im sure the kooks will be sent off to detention camps aka kook spots.

What a happy chap. If the guys on the custom borders behaved like that every time someone was refused entry.... good tv :-?

I'll give this guy a carton if he comes to Melville today. But god damn he's going to earn it...

Hey Gruezi

Lol - I too have noticed some kiters are getting Pooh for brains, at my local they think the 'teaching their mates area' is directly in front of the launching area

And every single one thinks its ok because the kites at 1200 and not in harms way

Until they fark up in the Power Zone

Not to Worry though - the good guys ride close, spray & jump & they soon get the message - their in a bad area to teach & move along downwind

What the hell are people learning these days to even think of doing that with Noobs

...And a good time was had by all SPRAYERS

Your not a kook you are a knob, just one of many out there that think they own there "local" beaches. Willing to trade off one dangerous tactic "'teaching their mates area' is directly in front of the launching area" and trading it for another, rather than grow a pair and asking learners to move on down the beach.
Its knobs like you that are giving the sport a bad rep.

Ha ha Era

Thats become a local trick - AFTER they are asked to move along, in which case they get agro with

"Fark Off I can teach where ever I want"

with complete disregard for all other beach users kids n all !!!!

GO the spray - if the Dheads get agro !!

Unless youd like to come & sort them out for us - next time think with an open mind, not narrow . Being banned because of these dheads crashing on top of other non kiters would be legendary for our sport.

We tend to think of everyones safety - Shallow words mean nothing

BACK TO TOPIC...
I think the Ranga (Space Monkey?) is only ever at woodies so is no great use in kook proofing every beach... and by the amount of Pols Finns and other eurogoons down there (seems) he aint that effective at woodies...
"i think you just have to be aware and keep you eyes and ears open.." as RuffRyder61 has said...
there after it takes the confidence in your own knowledge and skill, to wander over have a chat with possible kook and get as much info as quick as possible... then make the decission to either offer to help him/her pack up... or... see it is a skilled + knowledgable rider going out to have fun on some old gear ( or what ever the situation is that made your KooK alarm go off)

have fun guys and enjoy kook free waters...

2 weeks and i am there.... wooo hoo can't wait to get out of this snow and cold as s#!t...
