Hi all anyone interested in swapping our house in Mona Vale (4 to 5 beds) for somewhere on the South Coast NSW between 2nd Jan and the 10th? Other areas considered pending how close you are to a Kite spot. Our local spot is Palm Beech for the likely North Easter 15-25knots and Newport, Long reef for the south easter.
